Introduction

There’s a lot that goes into preparing for takeoff, approach and landing. Not only must you manage the hardware, that is, the controls, configuration and switches that go into efficiently and safely flying in these regimes, you must also master the software—the planning, preparation and thinking.

Topics we’ll cover include:
• Using factory and other checklists correctly and efficiently
• Tips for customizing checklists to your airplane and your operation
• What you need to be thinking about as you go into each of these flight regimes
• Preparing yourself and the airplane for emergencies
• Techniques to prevent the most common emergencies in these flight regimes

Viewers of the original LIVE Broadcast will be able to type in their questions to be answered during the event. We’ll explain how to do so at the beginning of the webinar.
