Successful completion of a CAPF 5 annual flight evaluation for Civil Air Patrol members gives members WINGS credit for all three flight credits at the Basic WINGS Level plus two of the three required Basic knowledge credits and all three of the Advanced Knowledge credits. Pilots must simply complete Aeronautical Decision Making (either on-line at FAASafety.gov or completing any other accredited ADM course) to complete a phase at the Basic Level.

The CAPF 5 evaluation is a Civil Air Patrol required activity and is available only to Civil Air Patrol members. Membership in Civil Air Patrol can be explored at http://www.gocivilairpatrol.com/.

Members with questions should contact their unit Operations Officer and NOT the FAA WINGS - Pilot Proficiency Program.
