Satisfactory completion of a Practical Test for the initial issuance of an Instrument Rating within the last 2 years meets the requirements for the Advanced Level of the WINGS - Pilot Proficiency Program and 4 of the 6 requirements for the Basic Level.

An on-line course on the topic of Aeronautical Decision Making must be completed as part of the Basic Level. Click here to go to the Online Course Catalog.

In addition, the Takeoff and Landing Flight tasks of the Basic Level must be completed to earn the Basic Level phase.
