A successfully completed CAPF 5 evaluation, inclusive of the Preflight Preparation and the Instrument Maneuvers and Procedures portion, to PTS Standards, gives appropriate ground and flight credits for both the Basic and Advanced Levels of the WINGS - Pilot Proficiency Program.  On-line courses are available on FAASafety.gov for additional knowledge credits.
