Simulation and Aircrew Decision Making
The US Helicopter Safety Team (www.USHST.org) has just released a short video in support of their 2019 Recommended Practices document which focuses on scenario based simulator training to improve aviation decision making. The video describes how a pilot who has reached the "bonus round" in his simulator training benefits from a simulated scenario where he "learns from his mistakes".
