Brief Description:

This interactive event will focus on discussing the various requirements of legal Part 91 dry leases and the impact of Non Certificated Part 135 Operations or Illegal Air Charter Activity Nationally and Internationally.   FAA and industry attorneys will be available to respond to demystify Part 91 lease requirements and the agency's response to illegal charter enforcement efforts.  Representatives from the National Air Transportation Association and the Air Charter Safety Foundation will also make presentations.  The event will conclude with the FAASTeam Safety Topic of the Month.

A free breakfast will be available from 0730 to 0830 and a free lunch will be available from 1130 to 1230.

The presentations will begin promptly at 0830 and adjourn NLT 1430 and

PARKING IS FREE in the Garage.
