Brief Description:

The possibility of poor safety performance can be the same no matter the size or scope of your operational configuration. To create positive outcomes that are consistent, aircraft operators are compelled to have effective risk management processes. A safety management system (SMS) is a structured approach for proactively identifying and controlling the hazards to which you may be exposed. In this session, participants will better understand the SMS requirements and how to align this framework with their small-fleet or private operation.
