Have you ever considered pursuing the Master Certified Flight Instructor (Master CFI) designation from the National Association of Flight Instructors (NAFI)? This seminar will center around key topics such as aviation safety, Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Aeronautical Decision-Making (ADM) principles, as well as best practices in modern flight training.

Our aim is to provide valuable insights for both aviation students and instructors, fostering their professional growth and enhancing the overall academic and training atmosphere. We envision this as embodying the FAA Safety Mindset: Lessons from a Master CFI. We can see it as the FAA Safety Mindset: Lessons from a Master CFI, and the FAA Safety and Standardization: Modern Strategies from a Master CFI.

Thank you to our speaker Nikita Gabdrakhmanov - Chief Flight Instructor and Master CFI, at Wayman Academy.

Nikita has served as a Flight Instructor in North Perry Airport since 2020. His  leadership experience includes serving as an Assistant Chief Instructor at Pelican Flight Training and later at Wayman College of Aeronautics. Currently, he is the Chief Flight Instructor at Wayman College of Aeronautics, where he oversee standardized training operations under Part 141. In October 2025, he earned the NAFI Master Certified Flight Instructor designation, one of the highest recognitions awarded to aviation educators nationwide.
